Bug in TextArea

Jim Hunter
While I was trying to write some code to determine if the cursor was at the end of all text in a TextArea, I found that the method getTextSelectionEnd returns a different value between IE8 and IE9. Here is a playground app to demonstrate. Simply open up the logging window and in the TextArea box type abc then hit the down arrow. In IE8 the value returned is 0 whereas in IE9 (and FireFox) it's 3.

If there is a better way to deternine if the cursor is at the end of the last line, I would love to know about it.
